Returns

For all return inquiries, you must email us to authorize your return. 

Returns are accepted for a store credit within 21 days of online order purchase date. Sorry no refunds. Returns sent back after 21 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Made to Order items: Since these items are custom made to order, they are a final sale and we can not accept returns of any kind. Because of this, please make sure you order the correct size by checking out the size guidelines in each listing. Please contact us with any questions to help you choose the correct size. If an item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 3 days of receipt.

Items marked as "pre-order" or "pre-sale" can be cancelled prior to receipt of item, but are eligible for a store credit only. Sorry no refunds.

Items marked "sale", "flash sale", "final sale", "clearance", purchased during any major promotions (Boxing Week, Black Friday, etc.) are a final sale. Items purchased using a discount code (with the exception of our email program sign up code) are a final sale. No returns are accepted for final sale items.

All items must be returned with original tags attached (if applicable) and in unwashed, unworn and smoke-free condition. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

If an items arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 3 days of receipt in order to receive a full refund. If more than 3 days has passed, then the item is eligible for a store credit only. Damages must be reported prior to item being worn or washed. Tags must still be attached.
