How can I join?
Add the product B+B Crew (above) to your cart and proceed to check out. Create a store account if you do not have one already. You will need to be logged in to enjoy your ongoing discount (it is automatically applied; no code required). You can start using your 10% immediately. Please check your inbox for all the details upon joining!
Can I use my 10% benefit on any product?
Yes (except Ampersand Ave)! You can use it on new arrivals, sale items, clearance, Grace and Lace & special sales like Boxing Day! 
When do I pay for my membership?
You pay immediately at check out and you will be emailed when it is time to renew your Crew membership.
What if I need to cancel?
While we would hate for you to leave us, you certainly can at any time. Please send us an email to cancel. You will still be able to enjoy your Crew benefits for the year paid. Unfortunately we are unable to refund any remaining time on your membership. 
What does first dibs/early access mean?
Members will get new product released in advance of non-members. This does not guarantee size/colour availability although we will do our best to have the correct sizes in stock based on our members’ wishes.
Can my membership be shared?
No, it is non-transferable. Your membership is for your exclusive use only. Any abuse of this policy will not be tolerated and may result in your orders being cancelled.
